A huge THANK YOU! to the owners of LaQuinta Inn in Moscow. They issued a challenge to other local businesses and individuals in Moscow, saying that they would match up to $1,500.00 in donations.
People and businesses in our local area really stepped up, and over $3,610.00 came in before Christmas. Due to the response, LaQuinta sent a check for $3,000.00!!!! That's a lot of food that we can purchased to help "fill in the cracks" in our shelves!
Also, we received a check recently from Wal-Mart. They have given us a $1,000.00 Hunger Relief grant.
These generous donations will help us get through the tough months of January - March.
